Hi, we are the people behind Traveling Tschidas, Eric & Jordan Tschida (pronounced “Cheetah”… yes, like the cat!).

Why follow us?
Traveling Tschidas started as a way to document trips that didn’t require unlimited time or money. In fact, it started while Jordan was in graduate school and we were seeking free weekend activities.
Looking for a way to unplug on the weekends, we started hiking. This eventually led into camping, backpacking, buying our first camera, and weekend road trips.
Over time, we wanted to share our adventures with the world. We started off giving friends and family practical guides, itineraries, and photos from places we genuinely loved.
Now, we want to share our love for adventures with anyone who will listen. If you’re into camping, hiking, or road trips, you’re in the right place.
